Logidon attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need to (improve) our services and carefully handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. Your data will never be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
This data protection declaration applies to the use of the website and the Logidon services offered through it. The entry into force of this data protection declaration is 04.10.2025. With the publication of a new version, all previous versions become invalid.
This privacy policy describes what personal data we collect from you, what this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data may be passed on to third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect it from misuse and what rights you have in relation to the personal data you provide.

About data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it, what security techniques we use and who has access to the data.
Webshop software
Our webshop was built with software from Vorteq Interactive developed. Personal data that you provide to us as part of our services will be shared with this provider. Vorteq Interactive has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support and will never use your data for any other purposes.
Due to the contract concluded with us, the provider is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include, but are not limited to, the use of SSL encryption and a strict password policy. The provider uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software. No personal data is collected or stored. Vorteq Interactive reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve the services.
Own webmail
For our regular business email correspondence we use the services of Vimexx. This provider has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and damage to your and our data as far as possible. Vimexx does not have access to our mailboxes and we keep all our email traffic confidential.
Payment processing
Molly
We use the platform of to process (part of) the payments in our web shop Molly. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence data as well as your payment data such as bank details or credit card numbers. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve the services and, in this context, to pass on (anonymized) data to third parties. All of the above-mentioned protective measures also apply to those parts of Mollie's services where third parties are involved. Mollie does not store your data longer than the legal retention periods allow.
Shipping and logistics
GLS
When you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. For this we use the services of GLS. It is necessary that we pass on your name as well as your address and place of residence data to GLS. GLS uses this data exclusively to fulfill the contract. If GLS uses subcontractors, your data will also be made available to these parties.
DPD
We also use the services of to deliver your order DPD. Here too, it is necessary to pass on your name as well as your address and place of residence details. DPD uses this data exclusively to fulfill the contract. If subcontractors are used, the data will also be passed on.
Invoicing and accounting
Exactly
For our administration and accounting we use the services of Exactly. We share your name, address, place of residence and order details. This data is used to manage sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Exact is committed to confidentiality and will only use your data for the purposes mentioned above.
External sales channels
We sell some of our products via external sales platforms. If you place an order through one of these platforms, these platforms will provide us with your order and personal information. We use this data exclusively to process your order and protect it through appropriate technical and organizational measures.

The data received via these platforms is used exclusively for order processing and is treated confidentially.
Email advertising and newsletters
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you regular information and offers. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time - either using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or using the contact details provided below. After you unsubscribe, your email address will be deleted unless you have expressly agreed to further use or unless there is legal permission.
