Our delivery time is 5-7 business days. We ship daily directly from our warehouse in Germany. Thanks to our regular logistics partners, your order will arrive always within the specified period on.

Some products consist of several parts (e.g. Part A and Part B). These will always sent at the same time, however, it may happen that the packages don't arrive at exactly the same time. Don't worry: you will receive always all parts.

Standard delivery: parcel service to the front door (Ground floor).
Large or heavy shipments: if applicable. by pallet to the curb.
Interior Carry & Assembly: not included.
Delivery time: Monday - Friday; Saturdays depending on the carrier.
Time window & tracking: Track & Trace link with day and usually time window; can be adjusted by the carrier on the delivery day.

Delivery to neighbors: Transporter tries there first.
Second delivery: follows if first delivery is not possible.
Pickup point: If the failure occurs again, packages will be sent to the nearest pickup point brought; one week to collect.
Track & Trace: Shows delivery location and further information from the carrier.

Yes, at Logidon returns are always free.
You can place your order within 14 days of receipt send back free of charge. To do this, contact our customer service.

- Before shipping: Cancellable free of charge, please contact us as soon as possible.
- After dispatch / already received: Return it free of charge via customer service within 14 days. Once returned Refund within 3-5 business days about the payment method used.

No, our furniture will delivered disassembledto avoid transport damage.
- All parts are clearly numbered.
- The instructions contain Step-by-step drawings.
- Will fit most furniture no special tool needed.
So you can your furniture easy and quick to set up yourself.

Due to screen technology and individual display settings, colors and shapes may vary slightly differ from the original product.
However, these differences are detrimental not the quality or comfort of the products.

- Check package immediately upon receipt.
- Take photos of the outer box, packaging and damaged part.
- Note the order number and short description.
- as quickly as possible (ideally within 48 hours). info@logidon.com or send via contact form.
We will send replacement parts or, if necessary, a new product. Damaged items do not have to be returned without consultation.

This applies legal guarantee: The product must perform what can reasonably be expected.
Additionally we offer 2 year manufacturer's warranty for material and manufacturing defects.
Report damage or defect: Take photos/videos, order number + description info@logidon.com Send or use contact form.
Solution: free replacement part, repair or exchange depending on the situation.

A change of the delivery address is possible in consultation, but may result in a new delivery date lead.
It's best to use this Contact form (Subject “Other”) and give old and new address on.
